What To Include In A Ferro Alloys RFQ
A usable quotation begins with the material, specification, quantity and destination. SKP’s Kolkata commercial team reviews domestic and international requirements against the complete enquiry.
Define The Material
Name the Ferro Alloy and grade. Attach your approved purchase specification where available; do not rely on an abbreviation or the main element percentage alone.
- Required chemistry and residual limits
- Size range and tolerance
- Quantity and unit
- Sampling, testing and COA requirements
Define Delivery
For domestic requirements, include the plant or delivery city. For international enquiries, add the destination country and port, requested commercial terms and any import documentation requirements. Packing, dispatch point and delivery timing are confirmed in the quotation.
