Customized sizing and forms can be discussed for melt-shop and wire-injection requirements.

Specialised Dual-Argon Refining System

Dual Argon Refining

Bottom Argon Purging + Top Argon Blanketing

Unlike systems that rely only on a top Argon blanket, our process combines bottom Argon purging with top Argon blanketing to protect the liquid bath and support Low-N Ferro Titanium production.

Top Argon Blanketing
Protects the molten bath from atmospheric contact.
Bottom Argon Purging
Flushes dissolved gases and helps minimize nitrogen absorption.
Dual Argon Refining VesselTop argon flows down and across the molten bath. Bottom argon flows upward through the bath. Conceptual process schematic, not an engineering drawing.TOP ARGON BLANKETINGMOLTEN BATHBOTTOM ARGONPURGING
