Define The Requirement.
Provide the required nitrogen limit alongside titanium, aluminium and other residual limits. The Low-N designation does not replace a complete purchase specification.
| Titanium | Customer-agreed grade |
|---|---|
| Nitrogen | Low-N specification as agreed |
| Other Elements | Customer-agreed chemistry |
| Size | Customer-agreed |
| Form | Lumps / Granules / Powder as required |

Manufacturing
Dual Argon Refining.
Bottom Purging + Top Blanketing
The specialised refining configuration combines bottom Argon purging and a protective top Argon blanket to support Low-N Ferro Titanium production.
Process configuration and acceptance testing are separate parts of qualification: agree the chemistry and verification requirements before supply.

Can I buy Low-N Ferro Titanium through SKP in Kolkata?
SKP’s Kolkata commercial team handles Low-N Ferro Titanium enquiries for Indian and international destinations. Share your specification, quantity, size or form, destination and required testing. Availability, selling entity and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Who manufactures SKP’s Ferro Titanium?
NNP Ferro Alloys Pvt Ltd provides the Group’s specialist Ferro Titanium manufacturing capability. SKP Merchants Ltd is the principal trading business. The responsible selling entity and order terms are confirmed in the quotation.
How does Low-N differ from Low-Al Ferro Titanium?
Low-N refers to nitrogen control; Low-Al refers to aluminium control. A Low-Al profile does not by itself establish compliance with a Low-N requirement. Agree both limits if your application requires both.
What nitrogen limit is available?
The Low-N limit is agreed against the customer’s specification and qualification requirements. No universal numerical nitrogen limit is published here. Send your target limit, sampling plan and required verification method.
How is the nitrogen requirement verified?
Nitrogen verification follows the separately agreed testing method and COA requirements. The Group’s XRF equipment supports elemental analysis; the nitrogen acceptance method must be confirmed for the order.
Can suppliers offer titanium feedstock?
Yes. Selected titanium scrap and feedstock are evaluated for chemistry, cleanliness and traceability. Identified solids, offcuts and segregated turnings can be discussed with the sourcing team.
