Ferro Silicon 65, 70 and 75: Published Grade Comparison
SKP’s published range covers three minimum silicon levels. The website table is a starting point for an enquiry; final chemistry, size and documentation are agreed for the order.
Silicon and aluminium
The 65 grade lists 65% minimum silicon and 3% maximum aluminium. The 70 and 75 grades list 70% and 75% minimum silicon respectively, both with 1.5% maximum aluminium.
Other published limits
The table also compares carbon, phosphorus, sulphur and size. Review the complete product table rather than selecting from the silicon figure alone.
